Time for dinner

This is an entry for a contest that are running since long time (It was an october+Halloween, but they extended the deadline ). The theme was "fear", and i decided to draw something for that. I spect you liked it, i tried to be a little original on this one . I'm not sure if this picture fits on te contest theme, i was thinking in something really scary, and i suppose that knowing that your end is near is something really scary and odd.

The background of this picture is very simple, the worst time in the jungle is the "dinner time" (or just the time for eat). This little lizard catched a small bird, that was going to be his food this night. But in the same way that he is a haunter, he can be catched by other predators, and a dragon was around, hidden and waiting for the proper moment to attack. Will he scape from the attack this time? He is terrorified by the big beast, but, who knows...
